Recommended Dishes: The lunch and dinner menu offers a wide variety of traditional Japanese combinations including katsu, a wonderful dish of pork cutlet on rice.

The sushi list is extensive and offers all rolls in three versions: hand roll, small roll and large roll. Prices vary according to size and ingredients, so one can really mix and match and create a custom sampler within your price range.

The soft-shell crab hand roll is a house favorte. The softshell crab, gentle flash fried, is paired with crab, cucumber and a fabulous special creamy sauce. This chunky hunk of heaven alone is worth the trip to San Marcos.
